Catholic Union Briefing: Higher Education (Freedom of Speech) Bill

In May 2021, the Government introduced the Higher Education (Freedom of Speech) Bill to Parliament.

The purpose of the Bill is to make provision in relation to freedom of speech and academic freedom in higher education institutions and in students’ unions; and for connected purposes.
