Nigel Parker – Director
- Nigel joined the Catholic Union of Great Britain as Director in 2017. He was a Legal Adviser at the Foreign and Commonwealth Office from 1988-2015.
James Somerville-Meikle – Head of Public Affairs
- James joined the Catholic Union in 2019 as Head of Public Affairs.
- James also works for a Member of Parliament and before this was responsible for political relations at a rural campaign organisation.
Aaron Humphriss – Public Affairs Assistant
- Aaron joined the Catholic Union as Public Affairs Assistant in June 2021.
- Before joining the team, he was a Parliamentary and Public Affairs intern of the Catholic Bishops’ Conference of England and Wales (2018-19), and an intern at the Holy See Mission to the UN in 2019.
Edward Rennie – Administrator
- Joined Catholic Union as an Administrator in 2020.
- Edward is a former Administrator of the All-Party Pro-Life Group in Parliament.
Daisy Vanderputt – Communications and Media Assistant
- Joined Catholic Union as a Communications and Media Assistant in May 2021.
- Daisy has recently graduated from her Master’s in Global Cooperation and Security from the University of Birmingham and was an intern of the Holy See Mission to the UN from September – December 2021.
