The Right Worshipful the Lord Mayor of Westminster, Councillor Robert Rigby, hosted members of the St Thomas More Circle at the Lord Mayor’s Parlour to celebrate the work of the Catholic Union. His Eminence, Cardinal Vincent Nichols was our Honoured Guest and both he and our President, Baroness Hollins, spoke at the gathering. Richard Collyer-Hamlin, Chairman, saluted the Lord Mayor’s public witness to his faith and encouraged Catholics to participate, in their own way, at either parish or public level. The Cardinal and Baroness Hollins met many of the guests individually and thanked them for their support of the Catholic Union.
